ORDERING
There are three ways for you to place your order:
1. At any time here on the web (All online transactions at the Express Lighting web site are handled with industry-standard SSL
encryption. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted
across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us).
2. Via Scan to our e-mail 24 Hours a day (expresslighting@yahoo.com). Please do not forget to include a day time telephone number so that we can contact you if there is any problem.
3. Over the telephone, calling us at (321) 821-7421, 9AM to 5PM EST.

Express Lighting accepts all major credit cards for web, phone, and in-store purchases. (American
Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover).
SHIPPING
We ship in-stock orders placed before 11:30am EST/EDT the same day we receive them. Please note
that this applies to USPS/UPS shipments to US addresses, and only to business days, when USPS/UPS
is operating.
We ship virtually anywhere in the world. For destinations within the continental United
States, we use USPS First Class or UPS Ground Residential. ($18.00 to $34.99 Order, Shipping Cost $5.90; $35.00 to $49.99 Shipping Cost $7.90; $50.00 to $74.99 Shipping Cost $9.50) Free Shipping for orders above $75.00. Special rates apply for shipments to P. Rico, Alaska and Hawaii.

Rush Shipments are available within the continental U.S. Next Day Early AM, Next Day, 2nd Day and 3rd Day Select Residential.
STATEMENT OF WARRANTY
Express Lighting warrants all the products sold by Express Lighting to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of six months after the date of the original purchase price if a repair or replacement is not possible or practical. Our warranty covers only the product itself; we will assume no liability for labor costs, installation costs, other losses. Your warranty rights will be honored only when the product has been installed properly by a licensed electrician. Express Lighting will not repair or replace products damaged by improper use or faulty installation.
RETURN POLICY
If the product you receive isn't what you’d hoped for, you may return it for a refund credit within 7 days, in new condition. If you need to return your purchase, please contact Express Lighting via phone or email.
Reference the purchase date, invoice/packing slip number.NO RETURNS without email authorization. We will issue an RGA.
Please note that shipping and handling costs are not refundable. LED's, Transformers, LED Drivers, Halogen and Xenon Bulbs, Contemporary Lamps, Fans, Downlights, Cable Lighting, and Flex Track Lighting are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
For returns a defective transformers: If the transformer is found to be in good working condition, the transformer will be returned to the customer, with freight costs at customer's expense.
ARBITRATION
Any arbitration between seller and buyer shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
